Online entrant must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account provided when entry is made. Upon entering your information select the "SUBMIT" button to become automatically entered into the drawing. 

Prizes
By acceptance of a prize, where lawful, winner consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice, picture, and/or sobriquet without further consideration for advertising or promotional purposes. Prize winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where lawful publicity release within 21 days of notification. Noncompliance, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of prize. The Prize
An independent accounting firm whose decisions are final on matters relating to the drawings offered at www.Petrepublic.com shall be the judge of all drawings. Winners will be notified by e-mail, phone or postal mail. Winners will each be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return them, properly executed, within 14 days of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if a prize notification is undeliverable, will result in the entry being disqualified and an alternative subscriber will be randomly chosen for the prize.
